We are stewards of landmark City theatres and activate our spaces through programming and rentals. We are a creative hub for audiences, artists, and all those who work with us.

Robert J. Foster, BA, MA (Chair)
Robert J. Foster, C.M., is the Founder, President, and CEO of Capital Canada Limited, an independent investment banking firm. Mr. Foster focuses on the entrepreneur in the private markets, negotiating and structuring mergers, acquisitions, and financings.
Paul Bernards (Treasurer)
For over 30 years, Paul has been engaged in financial and administrative management in various companies at many levels up-to and including the Chief Financial Officer role in private equity owned, public and owner managed companies.
Clarence Ford
Clarence Ford is a visionary creative executive producer, director, and choreographer whose career spans across live entertainment, television, film, and social impact. He is the Founder and Executive Director of Square Circle, a Toronto-based nonprofit that empowers youth in underserved communities.
Dilys D'Cruz
As senior Vice President, Retail & Wealth, Dilys D’Cruz is responsible for leading both the Meridian Wealth and Retail lines of business, creating accountability for how we provide exceptional value and transformational experiences to our current prospective Members.
Kevin Garland
As Executive Director and Co-CEO of The National Ballet of Canada, Kevin built a lifelong career from her passion for the arts. She has also served on boards across the public and non-profit sectors, bringing deep expertise in both business and the arts to help organizations thrive.
Mustafa Humayun
Mustafa Humayun is a Partner at Sagard Holdings and the Portfolio Manager of its Private Credit business. Prior to this role, he led CPPIB’s energy credit team in North America as well as its Latin American credit investment platform. He is a past recipient of Canada's Top 40 under 40 award.
